![]() I'm tearing my hair out over this - as I can't see what more I can do, so I would greatly appreciate any help with this. It would be helpful as a starter if someone could test the podcast on an iPhone, as I'm currently unaware whether it works fine on these. It also helps that Apple is starting to sell paid podcasts, making cross-platform access helpful. I've tried un-installing and re-installing iTunes - I've also tested on two Windows 10 laptops and a desktop computer, so the problem seems to be consistent across Windows devices. Given that the current iTunes app for Windows 10 is a completely legacy app, discontinued on the Mac, and that the desktop is resurgent, it makes sense to make a dedicated client for the Windows 10 also. ![]() The feed size has since been reduced and the feed now validates, and shows up with a status of Active in iTunes Connect. I have previously had timeout issues with the feed in iTunes connect - probably owing to the excessive size of the feed. So, as far as I've been able to establish the problem seems to be confined to Windows devices. If I access the same podcasts on an Apple Mac laptop the podcasts play fine, same also with the Podcasts app on an iPad, and also android podcasting apps on an Android smartphone. However, if you click on any of the podcasts on Windows 10 iTunes none will play, with a spinning icon showing instead. When the podcast opens in iTunes store (in Windows 10, version 12.6.2.20 of iTunes) all the latest podcasts are listed correctly, along with the artwork and other details. ![]() You can also see a subscribe link at the bottom left of the website: I have control over a long-established podcast iTunes feed which is giving problems on Windows 10 devices specifically: ![]()
